Ground White Pepper The whole white berries of the perennial vine, Piper nigrum L. in which the fruit has been selected early for color and the outer husks removed by slow soaking in water.
Usage Tips

Garlic Mashed Potatoes PEEL and cook 3 lbs. potatoes. Drain and return to saucepan on low heat. SPRINKLE with 1 tsp. each California Style Garlic Powder and salt, and 1/2 tsp. Ground White Pepper. Mash until well blended and smooth, gradually adding 2/3 cup milk and 3 tbsp. butter. Stir in 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
