3 Cheese Spinach Egg Casserole

Recipe Ingredients:
- 3 cups
shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6
tablespoons flour
- 2 cups
cottage cheese
- 1 medium
onion, chopped
- 6 eggs,
beaten
- 6
tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 (10
oz.) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed,
completely drained

Directions:
Combine cheddar, mozzarella & cottage cheses.
Add flour to cheeses.
Saute
onion.
Add to
cheeses.
Add eggs,
margarine & spinach. Mix well.
Pour into a
greased 7" x 12" baking pan.
Bake at 350
degrees F for 60-80 minutes.
