Ingredients:
- 4 medium
potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 medium
celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1 medium
onion, thinly sliced
- 1 10 1/2
ounce can beef broth
- Dash
pepper
About 30 minutes before serving: In 3
quart saucepan, over medium heat, heat
potatoes, celery, onion, and beef broth.
Add pepper and bring to boiling.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20
minutes or until potatoes are tender,
stirring occasionally.
Spoon potatoes into serving bowl.
