Holy Carrots
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium carrots, cut in horizontal slices, cooked and drained
  • 3 TBSP Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 TBSP prepared mustard
  • Dash of Salt
  • 1 TBSP snipped parsley

Melt butter in skillet, Stir in honey, walnuts, mustard, and salt

Add cooked carrots

Heat, stirring constantly until carrots are glazed (about 5 min.)

Sprinkle with parsley

Cooking Tips:

If you have carrots in your refrigerator or your pantry, then you can create stuffing's for vegetables, quick breads, muffins, cookies, puddings, chips, salads, roasted, grilled or baked vegetable dishes, soups and sauces

Of course, there is always the ever popular carrot stick, good for dipping or eating on its own....
