BBQ Corn
Wedges |
Ingredients:

2-3 ears fresh
corn on the cob

1/2 cup favorite barbecue sauce or salsa

Remove husk and silk from corn and cut corn
into 2 inch chunks. Place corn chunks and
sauce in microwave "ugly pot" or batter
bowl. Cover. Microwave on high, using 3
minutes per ear of corn as a guide. Serve.
(Provide plenty of napkins!) |
