Bake Broccoli Kugel |
Recipe Ingredients:

1 bunch broccoli

3 eggs
-
3 Tbsp. flour
-
1 1/2 cups reserve stock

1 1/2 tsp. salt
-
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper

2 Tbsp chopped parsley

1/4
tsp. grated
lemon rind

1
tsp. lemon
juice
-
1/4
tsp. nutmeg

1/4
tsp. dill

Thoroughly wash
broccoli and trim
off tough ends.
Cook in 3-quart
saucepan, in 2 cups
of boiling, salted
water until tender.
Drain and reserve 1
1/2 cups liquid.
Chop broccoli and
set aside.
Heat oven to 350
degrees.
Break eggs into a
2-quart bowl and
beat with flour,
reserved liquid and
seasonings.
Add chopped broccoli
and mix again.
Pour mixture into a
greased 9-inch
square pan.
Place baking dish
into a larger baking
pan filled with 1
inch warm water.
Bake for 45 minutes. |
