Zucchini
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2-3 medium zucchini
  • sauce of your choice (garlic marinade, soy sauce, olive oil, salad dressing, pasta sauce...)

Cut zucchini into slices, slivers, julienne, or chunks ... your choice! Place in "microwavable pot", or any other microwave safe dish. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound of vegetable as your guide.

Five minutes usually works for 2-3 zucchini. Drain away any collected liquid, and then add your sauce. Serve!

Zucchini recipes are generally quick and healthy idea for a lunch or dinner food. It is extremely versatile and can be used in omelets, cakes, cookies, salads, vegetables dishes and stir fries.  If you are hungry and looking for something good to eat choose zucchini.  By the way they are easy to grow in a summer garden.
