Slice each
zucchini into fan shapes, and then tuck
slices of garlic and tomatoes between each
slice. Arrange in baking dish and drizzle
with a tiny bit of oil and sprinkle with a
little crushed rosemary.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25- 30
minutes. Serve one fan per person. |
