Zucchini and
Tomato Stir-Fry |
Recipe Ingredients:

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1-2 cloves garlic, slivered

1-2 zucchini, cut into slices or sticks

1-2 tomatoes, cut into chunks

1 tablespoon Chinese Marinade or soy sauce

snipped fresh cilantro

Heat oil in wok or stir fry pan, or a deep skillet. Add garlic and cook
30 seconds. Add zucchini and cook 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook 2-3
minutes. Add marinade, sprinkle on cilantro, and serve. |
