Yogurt Cheese Dip
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1-2 cups natural unflavored yogurt
  • Raspberry Salsa, Fiery or Regular
  • Snipped green onions
  • Neva-Betta Crackers
  • Assorted vegetables for dippers
Place the yogurt in a mesh strainer, such as a yogurt strainer or a cheesecloth bag and allow it to drain for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Discard the liquid and in a bowl combine the solid yogurt with the salsa and onions. Arrange crackers and vegetables as dippers.
