Yams Hawaiian Style |
Recipe Ingredients:

2 cans (1 pound, 2 oz. each) yams

1 can (8-1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple

1/4 cup melted butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Slice yams into 1/2 inch slices and combine with pineapple, butter, and
cinnamon in serving casserole. Microwave on High 4-6 minutes. Stir.
Combine pecans and brown sugar, and sprinkle over. Microwave another 2-4
minutes, or until hot. |
