Slice potatoes. Pat dry between paper towels. Set aside. Heat oil in
sauté pan (about 1/2 inch depth).
Heat oil to about 350 degrees, using a
deep fat thermometer to check.
Cook about 6-8 slices of potatoes at a
time until browned and starting to crispen.
Drain on paper towels or Fat Mat.
Sprinkle with salt and serve.
