Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel each
onion.
With knife, make slits in top of each,
going only about 1 inch deep.
Place in baking dish. Drizzle with olive
oil, and sliver garlic over tops.
Sprinkle with salt and herbs. Bake 50-60
minutes, or until tender and browned. Serve warm. |
