Potato Chunks
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3-4 medium potatoes, with skins on
  • salt and pepper
Wash and trim potatoes, cutting into chunks about the same size.

Place in batter bowl. Cover with plastic wrap or a lid. Microwave on high, using 3 minutes per potato as a guide.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve. Great tossed into breakfast dishes...
