  • 1/2 small cabbage, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sweet Hot Mustard

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons, or less, crushed hot red peppers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger
  • 4 large cloves garlic, minced

Combine all ingredients in a 2 - 3 quart bowl. Cover. Microwave on high 5 minutes. Stir. Microwave another 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
