Grilled Fresh Mushrooms
Recipe Ingredients:

Brush with a mixture of the following, or use a good quality bottled marinade such as Prickly Pear Marinade, Vidalia Onion Dressing, White Garlic Marinade...
  • large mushrooms, such as portabella or others
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • coarse sea salt, pepper to taste, snipped fresh or dried herbs

Either leave mushrooms whole or slice into serving pieces. Brush with the mixture of ingredients or use a bottled mix as suggested. Heat a rippled grill pan over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil. Place the mushrooms on the hot pan and cook about 1 minute on each side, depending on mushrooms and the heat. They should brown on both sides.
