Recipe Ingredients:

1 bunch fresh broccoli

1 bunch fresh cauliflower
Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Arrange in a batter
bowl. Cover with Stretch-Tite. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per
pound as a guide. When done, remove plastic wrap and press gently on the
top of the vegetables with a cup to compact them slightly. Stand several
minutes before inverting onto a platter.
