Recipe Ingredients:

1 small head red or green cabbage

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

snipped green onions

1 teaspoon fennel seeds

sea salt

freshly ground pepper, as desired
Wash and trim the cabbage, cutting into wedges with some of the core
still intact. Arrange in a microwave safe baking dish, sprinkle with
remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5-6 minutes as a
guide for a small head of cabbage. |
