Cabbage Wedges
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 small head red or green cabbage
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • snipped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
  • sea salt
  • freshly ground pepper, as desired

Wash and trim the cabbage, cutting into wedges with some of the core still intact. Arrange in a microwave safe baking dish, sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Cover. Microwave on high, using 5-6 minutes as a guide for a small head of cabbage.
