Ingredients:
- Sweet potatoes, as desired
- Plugra butter
- 1-2 tablespoons Orange Poppy Seed Dressing
Scrub potatoes and pierce the skin with a fork in several places. Place
on microwave safe trivet. Cover loosely
with waxed paper. Microwave on high, using about 3 minutes per average
sized potato. When tender, allow to cool 5-6 minutes. Slit open, puff up
the cooked potato with butter and drizzle on the tantalizing sauce.
