In batter bowl, combine butter, salt,
pepper, Zip, mustard, onion, zucchini, and
garlic. Microwave, covered, on high for 5
minutes.
Stir.
Microwave,
covered, another 3-4 minutes to cook the
vegetables. Stir in the flour and then the
broth. Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
Stir.
Microwave
another 10-15 minutes on half power.
Taste and
correct the seasonings if needed. Serve
garnished with croutons. |
