Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp butter, room temperature
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese (I use Breakstones)
  • salt and pepper
  • 12 oz bag of wide egg noodles, cooked

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Mix together the "sauce" ingredients
Add the noodles, still hot from being cooked
Put into a greased baking dish and heat, covered at 350 degrees for twenty minutes
