- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 Tbsp butter, room
temperature
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (I
use Breakstones)
- salt and pepper
- 12 oz bag of wide egg
noodles, cooked

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix together the "sauce" ingredients
Add the noodles, still hot from being cooked
Put into a greased baking dish and heat,
covered at 350 degrees for twenty minutes
