Peel and slice orange; reserve silces for
garnish.
Puree mango with orange zest, orange juice
and honey. Blend in buttermilk.
Pour into a bowl and refrigerate, covered,
until well chilled. Taste and add lemon
juice (or more honey) if necessary.
To serve, ladle into chilled bowls and
garnish with orange slices and mint leaves. |
