Shavuos Cheese Danishes

Ingredients:

Dough:

1 cup sugar
1 cup eggs
1 cup butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 ounces yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
Flour (as much as you need)

Filling:

1 lb. Farmer cheese
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages vanilla sugar
Juice and rind (grated) from 1/2 lemon
1/2 cup flour
2 to 3 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream

To make dough: Combine all ingredients. Knead well until smooth. Let rise. Roll out on floured board to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares. Place cheese filling in center of each square. Pick up corners and press together. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

To make filling: Mix all ingredients well.
