Aliza's "Sheva
Brachot" Salad |

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 bag
(about 16 ounces) frozen French cut green
beans, defrosted
- 1 bag
(about 16 ounces) frozen Shoepeg corn
(tiny white kernels), defrosted
- 1 bag
(about 16 ounces) frozen baby green peas,
defrosted
- 1 red
pepper, diced
- ½ red
onion, diced small
- ¼ cup
sugar
- 1/3-1/2
cup white vinegar (to taste)
- ¼ cup
vegetable oil
- 1
teaspoon salt
- ½
teaspoon pepper

Colorful and a
little different, this salad can be prepared
in advance and keeps well for several days.
Great for a three-day
Yom Tov.
Combine ingredients and allow to marinade.
*Tip: Recipe makes a lot. Make ½ or less by
only defrosting part of a bag of the frozen
vegetables at a time.
