Boil pasta in salted water
according to directions on
package. Drain but do not
rinse.
While pasta is cooking,
prepare dressing. Heat
olive oil and sesame oil in
a saucepan over low heat
for a few minutes. Add
honey and tamari and mix
well.
In a large bowl, combine
drained pasta with dressing
until pasta is well coated.
Add cilantro, peanuts,
scallions, and peppers and
top with sesame seeds.
Cover and chill for several
hours.
* To toast sesame seeds,
preheat over to 350 degrees
F. Spread seeds on
baking sheet and bake for
10-15 minutes, shaking pan
several times during the
process.
Check
frequently to avoid burning.
When golden and fragrant,
remove from pan and cool. |
