Apple Bars
1/2 cup butter or parve margarine
1 cup flour
1 egg
1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup apples - peeled, cored and finely
diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and
flour 8 x 8 inch pan.
In small
pan, melt butter or margarine over low heat.
Pour into mixing bowl and combine with other
ingredients, mixing well.
Pour batter
into pan and bake approximately 40 minutes. |
