Purim nut goodies
  • 1 lb Walnuts
  • 1 lb Honey
  • 1/2 lb Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger or
  • 1 tsp Vanilla

Bring honey and sugar to a boil until the soft ball stage is reached.

Add flavoring.

Put on a wet board, flatten to 1/4-inch thickness.
When cool, cut in diamond shapes.
