• 3 eggs
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup corn syrup
  (if you don’t have enough, pancake syrup is mostly corn syrup, it does change the flavor a little, but it still tastes good)
• 1 cup pecans (about 6 ounces) (use more or less to taste)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

Beat eggs, blend in the oil, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup. 

Stir in the pecans, pour into crust, bake for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.
