Aliza's Five-Minute Pecan Pie
Recipe contributed by Aliza Bulow, Denver, CO
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
(if you donít have enough, pancake syrup is mostly corn syrup, it does change the flavor a little, but it still tastes good)
  • 1 cup pecans (about 6 ounces) (use more or less to taste)
If you use a purchased deep dish pie crust, this recipe take 5 minutes to make including washing the bowl.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Beat eggs, blend in the oil, sugar, vanilla and corn syrup.

Stir in the pecans, pour into crust, bake for about 50 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between the center and edge comes out clean.

Cooking Tips:

*Tip: place pie on baking tray to catch any possible drips
