Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cup
zucchini
- 2 cup
potato
- 2 cup
carrots
- 1 small
onion
- 2 eggs,
beaten
- Salt and
pepper, to taste
- 1/3 cup
matzoh meal
- 1/4 cup
oil
Peel and
grate raw vegetables. (Zucchini need not be
peeled.) Add and combine eggs, salt, pepper
and matzoh meal. Heat oil in 2- quart baking
dish.
Pour
pudding into heated oil.
Bake 45-60
minutes at 375 degrees F. |
