Passover Soup Topping with Almonds - Use in soup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup matzah meal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Parsley, some ground almonds

Boil the water. Mix into it all the ingredients and finally the matzah meal and beaten eggs. Make little balls and bake in the oven.
