Peach Soup

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick or 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. potato starch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup dry White Kedem Wine
  • 8 large peaches (could probably used canned ones)

Boil sugar, cloves, cinnamon and 1- 1/2 cups water. Cover and simmer for l0 minutes.

Add potato starch and 1/4 cup water. Add wine and reboil.

In a separate pot, place two peaches in boiling water for 5 minutes, peel and cut into chunks. Add chunks to mixture.

Blend 6 peaches in blender or processor and add to mixture. Refrigerate. Garnish with berries.
