Passover Rolls
Yield: 6-8 rolls
  • 1/2 Cup oil
  • 1 Cup water

Bring to boil and add:

  • 2 Cups matzah meal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 4 eggs

Keep on burner until it is mostly blended and pulls away from pan.

Remove pan from burner. Cool slightly.

Add eggs, one at a time.

Cool and let stand for 15 minutes.

Oil hands and roll into balls (mine are fairly large- approx. 3 inches or larger)

Place on tray and bake 375 degrees for approx. 50 minutes. (Check for light brown top). NOTE: I covered my pan with foil
