- 2/3 cup
water
- 1 cup
matzo meal
- 1/3 cup
oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp.
sugar
- 1 can
tuna
- 1/4 tsp.
salt
- spices
to taste
- tomato
sauce
Add to a
pot the water, oil, sugar and salt and bring
to a boil. Add the matzo meal and stir and
continue cooking until the mixture congeals.
Cool, beat
in eggs.
Spread
about 1/2 of the dough on a well greased
oven proof surface.
Place mix
of tuna, spices and enough tomato sauce to
moisten over the dough.
Place rest
of dough over tuna and pinch to seal.
(Dough can be worked by hands - not sticky).
Bake at
about 350 for about 25 minutes. |
