In a small
saucepan, mix first 8 ingredients with wine
and simmer over medium heat for five
minutes. Cool. Pack crust onto tuna and let
sit for 20 minutes. Heat heavy skillet with
olive oil and cook tuna until done-- 10
minutes per inch thickness. |
