Charoses |

4 1/2 cups
peeled, cored and chopped apples
(MacIntosh,
preferably)

2 1/4 cups finely chopped walnuts

6 Tbsp. sweet red wine

3 tsp. cinnamon

6 Tbsp. honey

Mix together and refrigerate overnight for
best flavor. Adjust seasoning, if necessary,
after it's chilled. |
