Passover
Pancakes
- 2 egg
whites
- 1/4 cu
matzo meal
- 1/4 cup
water
- 1 cup
brown sugar
- Beat 2
egg whites stiff.
Add beaten egg
yolks and ¼ cup matzo meal Melt butter in a
large frying pan and drop batter in heaping
tablespoonfuls.
Fry on one
side, then on the other.
To make syrup,
put ¼ cup water into saucepan with 1 cup
brown sugar and boil. |
