- 4 Cups
Matzah Farfel
- 1/2 Cup
Slivered Almonds
- 2 tsp
Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup
Honey
- 1/2 Cup
Vegetable Oil
- 1 Cup
Raisins, optional
- 1 Cup
Dried Fruit, chopped, optional
Pre heat
oven to 350 degrees.
Mix farfel,
nuts and cinnamon in a bowl. Add honey and
oil, mix well. Spread mixture in a single
layer on a baking sheet.
Bake 20-30
minutes or until slightly browned, stirring
often to prevent burning.
Remove from
oven and add raisins and fruit. Mix well.
Cool and store in an airtight container.
