Buffalo Chile - 6 Servings.
  Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground Buffalo
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups diced tomatoes
  • tables vinegar
  • teaspoons ground coriander
  • 1/2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
  • pinch of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground dried oregano, crumbleed
  • 2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 cps beef broth
  • 1 (12 ounce) can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 (12 ounce) can pinto beans, drained cayenne pepper, opitinal

Brown meat in oil in a deep pot.

Add onions can cook until tender.

Add remaining ingredient and stir to combin.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 2 hours
