1 Bison
Shoulder Roast (about 8 lbs)
2 medium onions, sliced
1 bottle dry red wine
12 oz beer
2 Tbsps Garlic Powder
2 Tbsps Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsps Soy Sauce
2 Tbsps Brown Sugar
Rub garlic power, black pepper, sugar, and
soy sauce on the meat. Place in non-metallic
bowl and cover with red wine, beer and
sliced onions. Let marinate overnight in
refrigerator.
Place Bison with marinade in a covered
baking disk and roast covered for 3 hours at
300º F. Let stand for about 20 minutes
before serving.
