3/4 pounds)

or 3 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 garlic
clove minced
- 1
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1
tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2
teaspoon salt
- Dash
pepper
About 1 3/4 hours before serving: trim
excess fat from meat, cut into 1/4 inch
slices.
In 12 x 8 baking dish, arrange steak
slices. Sprinkle mushrooms, and remaining
ingredients over steak. Cover with foil.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Remove
foil and bake about 15 minutes longer if
necessary until meat is fork tender,
basting occasionally.
