Barbecue Ribs
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon hot dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 4 lb. spareribs [beef ribs], cut into individual ribs

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except ribs.

Dip each rib into sauce or brush sauce on both sides of ribs.

Place coated ribs in slow cooker. Pour remaining sauce over ribs in pot. Cover and cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.

You could at this time place ribs on grill to sear in flavor.
