Barbecue Brisket

Tim fat off 1 beef brisket. Rub both sides with liquid smoke and place on heavy duty foil. Seal foil tightly and refrigerate brisket overnight.

Ingredients: Barbecue sauce:
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
Cover meat with sauce and seal tightly. Bake at 275 degrees for 5-6 hours.
