Cut
potatoes into small pieces
In small batches, place in food processor
with onions, eggs , flour and salt.
Process unit mixture is uniform
Cover bottom of frying pan with oil
When hot, ladle enough potato mixture into
oil to make 3-4" pancakes
Cook until golden brown and flip over, and
brown other side
Drain on paper towels
Add salt to taste
Serve plain, with apple sauce, or sour cream |
