Spinach-Noodle Kugel (pareve) (p. 127)
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. noodles, cooked
  • 1 10-oz. package frozen, chopped spinach, defrosted and drained well
  • 1/2 C. liquid non-dairy creamer
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 2 T. pareve margarine


California Kosher

Mix all ingredients well and place in a 9x13-inch well-greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
