Spinach-Noodle Kugel (pareve) (p. 127) |
Recipe Ingredients:

8 oz. noodles,
cooked
-
1 10-oz. package frozen, chopped spinach,
defrosted and drained well
-
1/2 C. liquid non-dairy creamer
-
3 eggs, beaten
-
1 packet onion soup mix
-
2 T. pareve margarine

California Kosher

Mix all
ingredients well and place in a 9x13-inch
well-greased baking dish. Bake at 350
degrees for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
(Suggestion:
Egg substitutes work well with this recipe.)
