Ashkenazi Noodle Kugel - Dairy
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 1/4 lb melted butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 lb cottage cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup white raisins
  • 3/4 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
Directions

1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2: Cook noodles according to package directions and drain well. Stir in melted butter.
3: Combine eggs, sugar, cottage cheese, and sour cream and mix on high until well blended.
4: Slowly add milk, salt and raisins while mixing.
5: Fold noodles into mixture and stir until evenly mixed.
6: Grease 2 9"X13" cake pans and divide mixture between them.
7: Top with mixture of corn flake crumbs, cinnamon and brown sugar.
8: Bake for 1 hour
