DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unroll pizza
dough onto a non-stick cookie sheet (or
spray sheet with a spray such as Pam if
non-stick cookie sheet is not available).
Press dough into a rectangle approximately
12 X 8 inches.
Pre-bake
dough crust for 7 minutes. While crust is
baking, cook both packages of spinach in the
microwave on high for 8 to 10 minutes
according to package directions for two
packets of spinach. When spinach is done,
remove it from pouches, and drain off
liquid. Pat spinach, which has been placed
in a bowl, with paper towels to remove any
remaining liquid.
Add the
sour cream and horseradish to the spinach,
and mix to combine the ingredients
throughout the spinach. Spread spinach
mixture over the pre-baked pizza crust.
Arrange the onion rings on top of the
spinach, placing the rings next to each
other. Put a plum tomato slice in the middle
of each onion ring. Sprinkle the sliced
mushrooms over the rest of the pizza.
Then
sprinkle on the Feta crumbles. Sprinkle the
Mozzarella cheese evenly over everything.
Return to oven and bake an additional 11 to
12 minutes, until crust is nicely browned
around the edges, the spinach is warmed, and
the Mozzarella cheese is melted. |
