Optional:
1 cup pomegranate
seeds for garnish
Preheat
oven to 375 degrees
F.
Put
chicken pieces in
roasting pan, skin
side up, and spread
with marmalade. Pour
pomegranate juice
and orange juice into
pan. Bake for
20 minutes.
Remove from oven and
scatter apricots,
Craisins, and figs
around chicken.
Sprinkle sugar over
dried fruit.
Bake for an additional
45 minutes or until
chicken is golden,
basting frequently.
If desired, sprinkle
with pomegranate seeds
before serving.
