Hot Chicken Drummies
Ingredients:
  • 3 pounds chicken drummettes, wings or drumsticks
  • 1/2 cup unsalted parve margarine
  • 10 tbsp. hot sauce
Wash chicken well. 

Cook for a few minutes on top of stove in margarine and then add the hot sauce and bake for 25 minutes in 400 degree oven.

Baste and turn chicken frequently. 

For less "crispy" chicken cook covered.
