 Grilled Chicken - Balsamic marinade: Bais Yaakov Cookbook
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 cloves garlic, sliced in half
  • 8 shallots, roughly chopped
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 pounds) cut into 2-inch strips


Bais Yaakov Cookbook

Place olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and shallots into a small bowl. Blend with an immersion blender until thick. Place marinade and chicken in a gallon size resealable plastic bag. Marinate refreigerated at least 1 hour.

Cooking Chicken:

Preheat grill on high heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Place chicken on grill and cook until no longer pink, about 4 minutes per side.

8 servings per marinade

Cooking Tips:   This marinade can be made in advance. Freeze the cutlets, raw, in the marinade. Bear in mind that the flavor will be more intense.
