Fire-Popper Chicken: It tastes great served over rice.
Recipe Ingredients:
  • 6-8 chicken cutlets cut into nugget-sized pieces
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. flour (or more as needed)
  • 2 c. breadcrumbs or panko (or more as needed)

Dip cutlets into egg, flour, egg and breadcrumbs to coat. Fry in large frying pan until crispy.

Sauce:

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. Frank's Red Hot Sauce
  • 1/4 c. honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered 5-10 minutes. Serves 6-8.
